We’ve ventured into the pre-packaging of Salted Fish and Smoked Herring. Both of these fish types are available in regular bone-in which consumers have always been accustomed to for many years.

Additionally, we also offer both fish types in a boneless version. The boneless version saves you cooking preparation time as well as peace of mind during consumption, particularly to minors and the elderly. Our Salted Fish and smoked Herrings are available in 200g and 400g sizes.

Caribbean people love Salted Fish and Smoked Herring. Whether it’s with dumplings, “dhal” and rice, provisions etc. salted fish and smoked herring has always been a ‘meat’ substitute to us all and one we hold dear to our hearts. These two fish types give us a nostalgic feeling of our childhood and the ‘good old days’.
